Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within [15/30] days of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In the original packaging.

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Customized or personalized items

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow [X business days] for the refund to be processed.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Damaged items not due to our error

Exchanges

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund in certain cases.
